We arrive before the first appointment and set up a complete professional studio at your location. All we need is roughly 10×10 feet and one electrical outlet.

Nobody needs to know how to pose. Each team member gets individual direction on posture, angle, expression and body language, then reviews their images and chooses their favorite before leaving.

Common Questions
Everything You Need to Know Before Headshot Day.
How much space do you need for an on-location setup?
About 10×10 feet and access to one electrical outlet. A conference room, training room, or other open space usually works well.
How much time should we plan for each person?
Plan on a minimum of five minutes per person. Depending on your team, goals, and schedule, we may recommend allowing more time for each person. We’ll help you build a schedule that keeps the day moving efficiently without rushing anyone.
Do our employees need to know how to pose?
No. We coach each person through posture, positioning and expression, and they review their images before leaving.
What should everyone wear?
We provide wardrobe guidance you can send to the entire team before the shoot. The Planning Guide also includes a ready-to-forward wardrobe sheet.
What happens if someone misses headshot day?
They can come to our Orlando studio for their make-up headshot, or we can arrange a return visit to your location for the location fee.
What if someone isn’t happy with their final headshot?
If a final headshot doesn’t meet our quality standard—or a team member needs a redo within seven days—we’ll reshoot it at no additional cost.
Can you match headshots we’ve already had photographed?
Often, yes. Send us examples of your existing headshots and we’ll evaluate the background, lighting, crop and overall style to determine how closely we can reproduce the look for new team members.
Can we use the images on our website and marketing materials?
Yes. Commercial usage rights are included, and files are provided for use across your website, LinkedIn, directories, marketing materials and print.
