How Team Shoot Day Works

We confirm details

Written estimate within 24 hours of your request. Lock the date with a deposit. 

You send the schedule

Team list with time slots a few days out. We provide a wardrobe prep guide.  

We arrive and set up

Patrick arrives 30 min early. We need 10x10 ft and one outlet.  

Each person, coached

~5 min per person, 20-person team done in roughly 90 min including a break..  

Photos Delivered

Retouched files within 48 hours. One download link for the team.

Our Reshoot Commitment

If any team member's final headshot does not meet our quality standard, or if a team member you flag within X days of delivery needs a redo, we reshoot at no additional cost. If a team member could not attend the original shoot day, we return for a make-up session at the location fee only.

WHAT TO TELL YOUR TEAM

Each person needs about 5 minutes. Bring two solid-color tops, one light and one dark. No logos or busy patterns. Show up clean and rested. Patrick coaches the rest.

WHAT TO SEND US

A scheduled list of team members with time slots, the address of the shoot location, and a designated point of contact for shoot day. That is it.

WHAT TO TELL YOUR BOSS

Per-person pricing from $125. Photos delivered in 2 days. Reshoot commitment if a team member needs a redo. Full written quote within 1 day of inquiry.

Common Questions

Q. Can we approve the photos before delivery

A. Yes. Each team member reviews their own session photos on the spot and picks their favorite at the shoot. Retouching happens after that selection, so the final image is one each person already chose.

Q. What if a team member is unavailable on shoot day?

A. We return for a make-up session at the location fee only. The per-person rate at your team's tier applies to the additional person.

Q. What space do you need at our office?

A. About 10x10 feet of floor space and one electrical outlet. A conference room, a quiet lobby corner, or an empty meeting room works. We bring everything else.

Q. How do we add new hires later?

A. Send us the new hire's name and we schedule a follow-up session at your team's tier rate. The location fee applies for a return visit, or the new hire can come to our studio at no location fee.

Q. Can we use the photos for everything?

A. Yes. Files are delivered at full resolution with a commercial usage license for your company. LinkedIn, website, press kits, recruiting, internal directories.

Q. What is the typical timeline from inquiry to delivered photos?

A. Most teams move from inquiry to delivered photos in three to five weeks: one week for quote and scheduling, two to three weeks of lead time for the shoot date, and two days for delivery after the shoot.

Q. Do you photograph conferences or events?

A. Not on this page. Patrick focuses on team headshots specifically. If you also need event coverage, mention it in your quote request and we will discuss what we can offer.
